My work explores the emotional and invisible landscapes that shape the human experience through connection, healing, memory, identity, grief, softness, resilience, and transformation. Through photography, mixed media, and creative storytelling, I am drawn to the tension between light and shadow, stillness and movement, intimacy and distance.
Influenced by travel, human connection, embodiment practices, and personal healing, I use art as a way to examine both the seen and unseen layers of our lives. I am especially interested in the quiet moments we often overlook, the subtle gestures, fleeting emotions, and shared experiences that reveal our common humanity.
My creative process is deeply intuitive and layered, often blending visual narrative with themes of mindfulness, presence, and emotional depth. Alongside my work as an artist, my background in yoga and meditation informs the way I approach creation: as a practice of awareness, reflection, and reconnection.
Ultimately, my work is an invitation to slow down, to feel more honestly, and to recognize the invisible threads that connect us to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
I appreciate your interest in my work and would love to connect with you. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out via my Contact page or through social media.
